Placements

Overview

Established in 2004, the Sri saradha college for women, Career Guidance & Placement Cell facilitates the interaction between students and mentors by providing them with exposure to and access to industrial opportunities. The placement cell engages in placement and regular one-on-one interactions with students, which essentially aid in understanding and realizing the concerns of the students at the grassroots level. It aids in providing the pupils with adequate guidance for a better future.

The placement cell prioritizes preparing students for the placement process, which includes aptitude testing, interview strategies, and self-presentation tactics. All pre-final year students receive this instruction.

Our unique approach and tutorial structure serve as the foundation for a close-knit academic and individual supervision culture. We offer a fascinating and encouraging environment at our college. Students share thoughts and opinions with one other as well as with their instructors in close interactions. Our programs are more tailored to the interests and abilities of each individual and call for some independent research and thought.

The batch benefits from a fresh perspective on concepts and circumstances because the student profile is a colorful blend of backgrounds. Our graduates are well-known and have positions in the most prestigious companies on the planet. The faculty is made up of eminent academicians and professionals who teach students theory in addition to offering them projects and examples from real-world situations.

Additionally, the students have the opportunity to speak with industry guests who have won numerous awards in their respective fields of expertise. Through community service initiatives, Sri Saradha College for Women not only prioritizes professional growth but also equips participants to take on social duties. Co-curricular activities, workshops, and industry visits are frequent features of the corresponding program.

Career Guidance and Placement Cell

The administration of the career guidance and placement cell activities involves evaluating the students’ abilities and aligning with their interests and talents. Students receive a comprehensive overview of the labor market and job opportunities across multiple industries. The goal of this activity is to help students develop the skill sets necessary to succeed in that specific field in order to construct an effective career. Since personality has a known impact on a student’s ability to function well in class and on her career, the Cell often hosts personality development activities.

It helps pupils to uniquely define themselves and meet the needs of the business world. By keeping a close eye on them and creating a comfortable environment, mentoring is intended to assist pupils in achieving academic success.

It also covers stress management, enhancing communication abilities, boosting self-esteem, self-discovery, identifying values, solving personal problems, and identifying one’s hobbies and qualities that are important for making decisions.

A regular personality development program is offered to first-year students, second-year students, and third-year students on career guidance and leadership programs, as well as group discussions, resume preparation, employability skills, corporate expectations, personal grooming, and etiquette. The placement officer oversees this program with the placement coordinator representing each department.

The placement officer led the training and placement cell’s regular sessions on topics such as employability skills, corporate expectations, goal setting, public speaking, team building, aptitude test preparation, employability skills, resume preparation, positive attitude, and mock interviews and group discussions.
